The JJ Seabrook Neighborhood Association of East Austin in Austin, Texas, was founded by Roger Taylor, Sr., in the 1980s. Our neighborhood was named after the esteemed Doctor John Jarvis Seabrook. The JJ Seabrook neighborhood encompasses the area bounded by MLK, Airport Blvd, E 38th 1/2 St./Anchor Ln./Manor Rd, and E.M. Franklin Ave. The primary purpose of the Association is to organize, preserve, protect, enhance, and continue to improve the quality of life within our boundaries. This website is aimed at providing informational resources to neighbors and archiving JJ Seabrook Neighborhood Association meeting minutes.
